The New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge is the official hotel for the Eleventh National Black Writers’ Conference for all out -of -town participants’ overnight stay. The Conference location for panels, workshops and all such events is Medgar Evers College, CUNY in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn unless otherwise indicated on the program. The New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge is not the site for the National Black Writers’ Conference events.
Please be advised that the Center for Black Literature will not provide alternate hotel locations as they have not been vetted or approved by the NBWC Committee, the Center for Black Literature or any of its subsidiary programs. Thank you.

Currently, check-in time shall be 4:00 pm and check-out time shall be 11:00 am. These times are subject to change with proper and timely notification to group. If early check-in is not available, luggage storage will be made available in the interim of room availability.
