Ad Placement: Position requests are complied with when possible but not guaranteed.

Preferred Format
High resolution PDF files are preferred. All images must be embedded (not linked) and in CMYK (not RGB). Microsoft Word files are strongly discouraged – we cannot guarantee accuracy of image or fonts.

	Media Ads must be electronic files. Negatives and mechanicals are not accepted. “Bleeds” for FULL and HALF Page ADS only. Color and Images Use high –resolution images: photographs should be scanned to print 200 lines per inch (scanned at 400 dpi). Do not use RGB graphics. Proofs Ads submitted on Zip disk or CD must also include a proof: laser printer, ink jet print, or matchprint.
